Hello, I’m Ken Heaton, Owner & Operator of Heaton & Son Plumbing & General Contractor. My father was a Union plumber for 25 years and then started his own business in 1976 with my brothers and I. Since getting my license in 1987, I’ve built this business with my customers in mind. I wanted to treat people like I would want to be treated. I learned early on that if you do a little more for your customers, they will spread the word. 100% of my customers are word of mouth, referrals and repeat customers.
