JMS Plumbing & Heating LLC is a small, family owned business based out of Cortland, New York. It was started in 1995 by James and Tina Romer. Over the years, the business has prided itself on serving the locals in plumbing and heating excellence, while maintaining an almost family-like relationship with many of their customers! In 2020, JMS did not let Covid-19 hinder its growth and ability to serve the community. Instead, JMS more than doubled in size in order to be able to keep up with Cortland’s growing plumbing and heating needs. Additionally, JMS stepped into the AC field, as well as began to invest and focus on drain cleaning and sewer repair more than ever before.
