Kay Maxfield; a blacksmith son and a licensed plumber & pipefitter, started Maxfield Plumbing early 1980ies in Holladay Utah. In 1988 Ken, Kay’s plumbing supplier, took over and expanded Maxfield Plumbing to include supply parts. Maxfield has supported the local community and put many plumbers through school. Many local plumbers and companies can trace there roots back to Maxfield. In 2013 Maxfield, facing pressure from large retail hardware stores stopped offering supply parts and Ken retired. Ken’s Son, Rhett Nichols helped to expand our service to include heating and cooling. Today Maxfield Plumbing Heating and Cooling is just a few doors away from the old location and we continue to support the local community.
